Join us for a free seminar. All seminars this year will also include our new Kid’s Club program! Bring your kids, ages 7 to 13, for a fun and interactive workshop on health and fitness.
At Fresh Start, we want people to always feel that change is possible. No diets are needed, just a NEW look at healthy foods – how easy and simple they are to buy, prepare and eat every day.
