The seminar is open to the public, free of charge, and aimed at helping local families avoid the horrors of preventable disease without breaking the bank in the process. Dr. Steven Bailey, ND, pastor, national author and lecturer, and Amy Rutherford-Close, fitness trainer, and mother of 3 will be the main speakers of the lecture. Participants can engage Dr. Bailey and other Fresh Start team members in Q&A regarding diet and lifestyle, munch on healthy snacks, and enter to win a free door prize.
Bring your children ages 7 to 13 to participate in the Kids Club, a program that educates children on the benefits of healthy eating and exercise.
